⚠️ TERMS & CONDITIONS – AMARNATH JI + MATA VAISHNO DEVI HELICOPTER PACKAGE

1. Package Price: ₹36,500/- per person is applicable for a minimum of 4 passengers travelling together, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
2. All hotels, vehicles and helicopter tickets are subject to availability at the time of actual booking and confirmation.
3. A quotation, enquiry response or proposed itinerary does not constitute a confirmed booking. Services will be considered confirmed only after applicable payment and issuance/confirmation of the respective travel services.
4. Amarnath Yatra helicopter tickets and Mata Vaishno Devi helicopter tickets are subject to separate operator availability, schedules and operating conditions.
5. Helicopter operations are dependent upon weather, visibility, aviation safety requirements, security clearance, government instructions, technical conditions and operator decisions.
6. Helicopter reporting time, departure time, helipad, sector and operator shall be as mentioned on the final confirmed ticket/voucher. Passengers must report within the prescribed time.
7. Delay, rescheduling or cancellation of one helicopter sector does not automatically mean cancellation of the entire tour package. Remaining confirmed services will continue wherever operationally possible.
8. In case a helicopter service is cancelled by the operator due to weather or operational reasons, refund/rescheduling of the helicopter component, if applicable, will be governed by the concerned helicopter operator's policy.
9. Any additional hotel stay, vehicle, meals, alternate transportation or other expenses arising because of helicopter cancellation/delay, bad weather, road closure or other circumstances beyond the confirmed itinerary shall be payable by the traveller unless specifically covered by the applicable supplier.
10. Passengers must provide correct full name, age/date of birth, gender, mobile number, valid ID details and passenger weight, wherever required for helicopter booking.
11. Incorrect passenger information may result in ticket cancellation, denial of boarding or additional charges according to the applicable operator rules.
12. All passengers must carry their original valid government-issued photo identification during the journey.
13. Amarnath Yatra passengers must obtain and carry the applicable Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC), Yatra Registration/Permit and other documents prescribed by the competent authorities for the relevant Yatra season.
14. Passenger eligibility, medical requirements and Yatra registration requirements will be governed by the latest rules issued by the applicable authorities.
15. Helicopter passengers must comply with the applicable baggage and weight restrictions prescribed by the respective helicopter operator. Excess baggage may not be permitted.
16. For Amarnath Ji Darshan, transportation or movement between Panchtarni and the Holy Cave is governed by local/Yatra arrangements. Pony, Palki, Pitthu, porter or similar services are not included unless specifically mentioned.
17. For Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan, passengers must comply with applicable Shrine Board, helicopter operator and local administration requirements. Pony, Palki, Pitthu and other personal Yatra services are not included unless specifically confirmed.
18. Hotel check-in/check-out timings will be according to the respective hotel's policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
19. Hotels mentioned in the package are subject to availability. Where a confirmed property becomes unavailable for operational reasons, a similar-category alternative may be arranged where reasonably possible.
20. Transportation will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary. Vehicle type will depend upon group size and the package booked.
21. Due to local transport regulations, certain sightseeing locations may require local union vehicles, Gondola tickets or other services at additional cost unless specifically included.
22. The itinerary may be modified due to weather, road conditions, security restrictions, government instructions, flight/helicopter schedules or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
23. No refund will ordinarily be provided for unused hotel accommodation, sightseeing, transportation, meals or other confirmed services voluntarily not utilized by the traveller.
24. Cancellation, amendment and refund charges will be governed by the booking-specific cancellation policy and applicable airline, hotel, helicopter operator and other supplier rules communicated for the confirmed booking.
25. Air/train tickets to Srinagar and from Jammu are not included unless specifically mentioned in the confirmed package.
26. Travellers are advised to consider appropriate travel and medical insurance, particularly because Amarnath Yatra involves high-altitude travel and weather-dependent services.
27. Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to assist travellers during operational disruptions; however, it does not control weather, aviation operations, government/Yatra authority decisions, road closures or independent supplier operations.
28. The final booking voucher, confirmed helicopter tickets and service-specific conditions issued for the booking will form part of the applicable package terms.

 IMPORTANT YATRA NOTE

Amarnath Ji and Mata Vaishno Devi are pilgrimage destinations where helicopter operations can be affected by weather and operational conditions. Travellers should keep reasonable flexibility in their travel programme and follow all instructions issued by the helicopter operators and Yatra authorities.
