General Terms & Conditions

·         Point to Point Cabs (Non AC only) / not at disposal.

·         In case of pick up from railway station, waiting charges due to train delays would be payable extra. Similarly drop on the last day would be in the morning & if delayed drop is required in case of night train, extra charges would be payable by the guest directly (to be decided on case to case basis).

·         In case any sightseeing point is closed due to holiday or periodic closure, no liability of the operator would be there for any kind of compensation in monetary terms or for alternate sightseeing at some other destination within the trip.

Cost excludes

·         Toy Train Charges in Darjeeling. Advised to book tickets for Toy Train Online through IRCTC website. (DJ – DJRZ – station code).

·         Ropeway Charges in Darjeeling as well as Gangtok.

·         All Entry Fee, Parking & Guide Charges.

·         Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train).

·         Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

·         Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes) etc. (to be borne by the guest, directly payable on the spot).

·         Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

·         Room heater charges extra as per hotel policy.

·         Nathula permit, if required would cost upto Rs.6,000 additional per vehicle.
