Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter.

1. HELICOPTER OPERATIONS

All helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, visibility, aviation clearance, aircraft availability, operational requirements and instructions issued by the concerned authorities.

Reporting time and flight time are different. The time communicated to passengers should be treated as REPORTING TIME unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Flight timings may be changed, delayed, advanced, rescheduled or cancelled at short notice due to operational or weather-related conditions.

The helicopter operator shall have the final authority regarding flight operations, passenger boarding, routing and aircraft safety.

Passengers are advised to keep sufficient buffer time in their onward travel arrangements.

⚖️ 2. PASSENGER WEIGHT POLICY

Correct body weight of every passenger must be declared at the time of booking.

Passenger weight will be verified before boarding.

Additional charges may apply for passengers exceeding the weight limit prescribed by the helicopter operator.

In case of incorrect weight declaration, additional charges may be collected directly before boarding.

Boarding of passengers will remain subject to aircraft payload limitations, aviation safety requirements and helicopter operator approval.

The helicopter operator reserves the right to rearrange passengers between aircraft / sorties for operational and safety requirements.

3. BAGGAGE POLICY

Only limited baggage is permitted on helicopter flights.

Baggage allowance will be strictly as per the prevailing policy of the helicopter operator.

Large suitcases, trolley bags and excess-volume baggage may not be permitted onboard.

Guests are strongly advised to carry only essential items in a small handbag / backpack.

Excess baggage, wherever accepted, may attract additional charges.

4. PASSENGER DOCUMENTATION

Every passenger must provide correct details at the time of booking, including:

✅ Full Name as per Government ID

✅ Age / Date of Birth

✅ Gender

✅ Correct Body Weight

✅ Mobile Number

✅ Valid Government Photo ID Details

Passengers must carry the ORIGINAL accepted Government-issued Photo ID during the Yatra.

Yatra Registration / Health Documentation must be completed wherever required by the Government or concerned Yatra authorities.

⚠️ Incorrect passenger details or failure to carry mandatory documents may result in denial of boarding without refund, subject to the applicable operator rules.

5. CHILD & INFANT POLICY

Child and infant fares will be governed by the prevailing helicopter operator policy.

Age proof may be required for infants / children.

If a full ticket is required according to the operator's applicable policy, the applicable fare must be paid before travel.

6. HOTEL & ACCOMMODATION

Proposed accommodation:

Dehradun – Hotel Aketa or Similar

Kedarnath – GMVN Cottages / Punjab Sindh Awas / Kedari or Similar

Badrinath – Lords Centric or Similar

Hotels mentioned are proposed hotels and remain subject to availability at the time of actual confirmation.

Equivalent / similar category accommodation may be provided if the proposed hotel is unavailable.

Kedarnath accommodation is extremely limited and remains subject to local conditions and availability.

Kedarnath Overnight Stay Supplement:

₹3,000/- Per Person Additional, wherever applicable as per the confirmed package.

Standard hotel check-in / check-out policies will apply.

7. KEDARNATH & BADRINATH DARSHAN

Darshan is subject to temple timings, local administration, crowd conditions and applicable government regulations.

VIP / Priority / Special Darshan is NOT guaranteed unless specifically mentioned in the final booking confirmation.

Any applicable VIP / Priority / Special Darshan charges will be payable separately unless specifically included.

Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. does not control temple queues, Darshan duration or access restrictions imposed by temple / government authorities.

8. BAD WEATHER / FLIGHT DISRUPTION

Helicopter operations in the Himalayan region are highly weather-sensitive.

Flights may be:

⏳ Delayed

Rescheduled

Rerouted

❌ Cancelled

due to:

Bad Weather

Poor Visibility

Wind Conditions

Helipad Restrictions

Aircraft Availability

Aviation Clearance

Government Instructions

⚠️ Operational / Safety Reasons

In such circumstances, the operator will make operational decisions based primarily on passenger and flight safety.

9. ITINERARY CHANGES

The published itinerary represents the planned Yatra schedule.

The sequence of Kedarnath and Badrinath may be modified if required due to weather, operational or regulatory circumstances.

Helicopter sectors, reporting points or transfer arrangements may also be modified when operationally necessary.

Such operational changes will not automatically constitute cancellation of the complete package.

The company / helicopter operator may modify the itinerary where necessary for safe and practical completion of the Yatra.

10. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES DUE TO DISRUPTION

Unless specifically covered under the confirmed package, additional expenses arising because of weather or operational disruption will be payable by the passenger.

These may include:

Alternative Helicopter Arrangements

Porter / Baggage Expenses

Medical Expenses

Such expenses are not automatically reimbursable by the company.

11. BOOKING & PAYMENT

Booking is subject to helicopter seat availability, hotel availability and receipt of complete passenger information.

Required booking amount / full payment must be deposited according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of reservation.

Payment alone does NOT constitute final confirmation.

Booking will be treated as confirmed only after the company issues the applicable Booking Confirmation / Travel Voucher.

Balance payment, wherever applicable, must be completed within the communicated deadline.

Failure to complete payment within the prescribed period may result in cancellation of services.

❌ 12. CANCELLATION BY PASSENGER

Cancellation charges will depend upon the stage of booking and services already confirmed.

Confirmed helicopter tickets, hotel reservations and other non-refundable services will be governed by the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted before processing the eligible refund.

No refund will be available for any service voluntarily not used by the passenger after commencement of the Yatra.

13. HELICOPTER CANCELLATION BY OPERATOR

If a helicopter sector is cancelled by the helicopter operator due to weather, technical, regulatory or operational reasons:

Refund for the unutilized helicopter sector, wherever applicable, will be processed according to the helicopter operator's applicable refund policy.

Operator cancellation does not necessarily mean that the complete land / hotel package is cancelled.

Hotels, transportation or other services already utilized or non-refundable will be adjusted according to their respective cancellation policies.

Eligible refunds will be processed after receipt / settlement from the concerned helicopter operator or service provider.

⏳ 14. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable banking / payment channel.

Refund processing may take time because helicopter operators, hotels and other service providers follow their own settlement procedures.

Any applicable bank, payment gateway or service charges may be deducted wherever applicable.

15. HEALTH & FITNESS

Kedarnath and Badrinath are located in high-altitude Himalayan regions.

Passengers should assess their physical fitness before undertaking the Yatra.

Senior citizens and passengers with health concerns are advised to consult their doctor before travelling.

Passengers must carry their regular medicines and necessary medical documents.

Any health / medical expenses arising during the journey will be borne by the passenger.

Final boarding may remain subject to aviation safety and operator requirements.

16. SENIOR CITIZENS & SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

Senior citizens and passengers requiring special assistance should inform us at the time of booking.

Reasonable assistance will be provided wherever operationally possible.

Wheelchair, porter, palki, pony or other special services are chargeable separately unless specifically included.

17. NO-SHOW / LATE REPORTING

Passengers must report at the designated location within the communicated reporting time.

Failure to report on time may be treated as NO-SHOW by the helicopter operator.

No-show / missed flight charges will be governed by the helicopter operator's policy.

The company cannot guarantee an alternative helicopter seat for passengers who miss their scheduled reporting.

⚠️ 18. FORCE MAJEURE

Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delay, modification, interruption or cancellation of services arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Extreme Weather

Snowfall

Landslides

Natural Disasters

Road / Helipad Closures

Aviation Restrictions

Government Orders

⚠️ Civil Disturbances

Emergency Situations

or other Force Majeure events.

Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances will be borne by the passenger unless specifically covered under the confirmed package.

19. FINAL BOOKING CONFIRMATION

20. IMPORTANT DECLARATION

By making payment towards the booking, the passenger confirms that:

✅ Flight timings and itinerary may change due to safety or operational requirements.
