1. All Kedarnath helicopter tickets are subject to availability and final confirmation.
2. Helicopter fares may vary according to travel date, helipad, operator, availability and operational conditions. The applicable fare will be communicated before booking confirmation.
3. Passengers must provide accurate name, age, gender, weight, mobile number and valid government-issued ID details wherever required for booking.
4. Original valid government-issued photo identification must be carried during travel.
5. Passenger weight and baggage restrictions will apply according to the concerned helicopter operator's rules.
6. Additional charges may apply for passengers exceeding the applicable operator weight limits, wherever prescribed.
7. Helicopter flying is entirely dependent upon weather conditions, visibility, technical clearance, aviation regulations, government instructions and operational feasibility.
8. In case a flight is cancelled by the helicopter operator because of weather or operational reasons, refund/rescheduling will be governed by the concerned operator's applicable policy.
9. Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd. acts as a travel service/booking facilitator for the applicable helicopter service and does not control flight operations, weather conditions or aviation decisions.
10. Reporting time mentioned on the confirmed ticket or subsequently advised by the operator must be followed.
11. Late reporting may result in the passenger being treated according to the concerned operator's policy.
12. Darshan arrangements and temple access remain subject to the prevailing regulations and instructions of the competent authorities.
13. Any expenses arising from weather disruption, additional stay, transportation, meals or personal arrangements are not included unless specifically confirmed in writing.
14. Booking modification, cancellation and refund will be governed by the applicable confirmed booking and helicopter operator conditions.
